Pinky Cole, the visionary, Founder and CEO behind Slutty Vegan ATL delivers her signature 100% vegan comfort food in her first cookbook EAT PLANTS, B*TCH (13A/Gallery Books; on-sale November 15, 2022). Featuring 91 easy vegan recipes, it includes breakfast creations, dinner items like Jamaican dishes from Cole’s childhood, tapas and small plates created to celebrate and invoke joy, and southern favorites, plus a selection of tips and tricks for vegan cooking, plant-based substitutes and complementary dips, jam, jellies and gravy.

What is the format of the experience?
1 hour – moderated conversation with Pinky Cole
3 hour – experience fest with the Slutty Vegan Bus, Big Dave’s Cheesesteaks Bus (in select markets), book signing, Fan Zone activities, cocktails, DJ, music, vendors, merch and more vibes!
Should I pre-order my book?
We highly encourage you to pre-order your book. All experience attendees will receive their book onsite except New York on November 14. Your autographed book for those purchasing Platinum VIP and VIP tickets will be mailed the week of release (on or before November 19th).
Is there parking at each venue?
We encourage you to Uber or Lyft to the event. Select parking is available in and around each venue.
Will there be a Q&A after the conversation?
Yes there will be a 15 min Q&A after the conversation. We will try to get thru as many questions as possible during that window.

Will I have the opportunity to meet & greet Pinky Cole?
Attendees purchasing platinum VIP tickets will have the opportunity to meet Pinky Cole and have a photo opp during a blocked time of the 3 hour experience.
Which ticket includes a book purchase?
